Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of facial and body treatments to a high standard.
Conduct patient consultations, assessing needs and recommending suitable treatments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage repeat visits.
Provide aftercare guidance and treatment plan recommendations.
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, safe, and prepared for each appointment.
Stay updated on new products, techniques, and industry trends.
Promote services and products to meet individual and clinic targets.
Qualifications:
Certified Beauty Therapist with relevant diplomas/certifications.
Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics, beauty, or spa environment (UAE experience is a plus).
Skilled in facials, skin treatments, and advanced beauty procedures.
Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
