Basic Salary:

AED 4,000 (AED 6,000 with homecare experience)

Commission:

30% if GP brings the patient 10%-15% if clinic brings the patient

Note:

For the first 2 months (while awaiting insurance approval), only the basic salary will be paid.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

General Practitioner (GP)

with strong clinical expertise and leadership abilities to join our medical team. This is a full-time role where you will not only provide high-quality patient care but also play a key part in leading and supporting the clinical team.

Requirements:

Must hold

DHA License or Eligibility

Proven experience as a General Practitioner, preferably with

homecare exposure

Strong

managerial and team leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Immediate availability is essential Candidate must be on

own visa

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary healthcare consultations and treatments Manage and supervise the medical team, ensuring clinical best practices are followed Participate in homecare visits (if applicable) and ensure continuity of patient care Build and maintain strong patient relationships with a focus on trust and quality care Contribute to business growth by bringing patients and building referral networks Ensure compliance with DHA and UAE healthcare regulations

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
