To succeed in this role, you should have proven skills and be committed to exceptional patient care at all times using the scientific process of nursing Required Profile: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing. \xc2\xb7 Should be licensed in UAE by Dubai Health Authority (DHA). \xc2\xb7 Candidates with letter of eligibility or home country License also can apply. \xc2\xb7 Should have a minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience in Dubai. \xc2\xb7 Should have a minimum of 1-2 years in Home Care or clinical settings. \xc2\xb7 Should be able to join immediately. Qualifications & Skills required: \xc2\xb7 Up to date in clinical nursing skills with respect to equipment and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Comprehensive patient assessment and treatment. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring of vital signs, changes, and progress in patient\xe2\x80\x99s behavior. \xc2\xb7 Medication administration to patients. \xc2\xb7 Act quickly and responsible in cases of emergency. \xc2\xb7 Assist with ambulation and daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing patients. \xc2\xb7 Clean and re-dress wounds, if needed \xc2\xb7 Maintain up to date reports and records as per Management & DHA requirements. \xc2\xb7 Participate in Nursing Quality improvement initiatives, in-service education programs, meetings. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong medical background. \xc2\xb7 Experience in IV Vitamin/Wellness therapies would be an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Flexible to work in shifts (Day/Night Shift). \xc2\xb7 Excellent English communication, interpersonal & organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong sales & customer service capabilities.
