Role: DFIR Consultant - Cyber Security

Location: Dubai

Type: Permanent

Multinational, well-established Cyber Security consultancy in Dubai are now looking for a DFIR Consultant to join their Digital Forensics & Incident Response arm of the business due to continued growth.

Role & responsibilities:

Proactively manage accounts continually to ensure customer satisfaction, tracking key deliverables, and maintaining a strong customer relationship
Contribute to technical discussions and solutions internally in support of product management, providing technical insight and customer feedback from interactions
Act as a product champion providing in-depth knowledge on various DFIR products
Manage POC engagements, providing knowledge transfer and support for customers in a pre-sales fashion, demonstrating solution options
Development of relationships with key technical decision-makers with target customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Acting as the main point of control after and during implementation, providing direction and guidance
Presenting to customers solution capabilities, use cases, and technology via product demonstrations.
You will execute onsite and remote implementation and training with new and existing customers, with occasional travel to clients across the GCC

Key Skills required:

2+ years commercial experience within a similar consultancy capacity in a customer-facing role, with previous presentation experience
Expertise knowledge of DFIR tools e.g. Exterro FTK, AccessData FTK, Encase, Magnet Forensics
Threat Hunting tools - open source & commercial
Mobile forensics experience (MSAB, Oxygen etc.)
Advanced hardware forensic experience
