Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer (Performance tester), you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of software applications through continuous performance testing and optimization.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts. Conduct performance testing to assess the scalability, stability, and speed of software applications. Analyze and interpret test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization. Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements. Automate performance testing processes and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline. Monitor and analyze system performance in production environments. Continuously research and evaluate new performance testing tools and methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience with a focus on performance testing. Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell). Experience with performance testing tools such as Performance centre/LoadRunner, Blazemeter, Jenkins, Groovy, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Jira Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
