EUNX is a regulated crypto-fintech company based in Dubai, building a secure and compliant trading and payment platform. We operate a modern cloud-native architecture on AWS using Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and automated CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage and scale our AWS infrastructure. You'll work with Kubernetes clusters, API Gateway integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure infrastructure security and compliance with financial industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront) Develop and maintain Terraform configurations and reusable modules Maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild and integrate SonarQube quality gates Configure API Gateway with Lambda authorizers for Keycloak-based authentication Manage RDS PostgreSQL databases and implement backup/recovery strategies Deploy and manage containerized Spring Boot and Node.js applications on EKS Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and PCI-DSS compliance Configure CloudWatch monitoring, alarms, and centralized logging Automate deployment processes using Lambda functions and EventBridge Optimize AWS costs using Reserved Instances and Savings Plans
Required Skills

AWS & Cloud:

3+ years hands-on AWS experience (EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC) Strong understanding of VPC networking, security groups, and IAM Experience with CloudFront, NLB, and WAF
Infrastructure as Code:

Advanced Terraform skills (modules, state management, best practices) GitOps workflows and version control (Git, GitHub)
Containers & Kubernetes:

Strong Kubernetes experience (deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps) Docker proficiency (image optimization, multi-stage builds) Amazon EKS or other managed Kubernetes services
CI/CD & Automation:

AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, or similar CI/CD tools Bash scripting and automation Lambda functions (Python or Node.js) SonarQube integration
Programming:

Bash/Shell scripting Python or Node.js for automation Understanding of Java/Spring Boot and Maven/Gradle
Database & Security:

PostgreSQL (RDS or self-managed) SSL/TLS, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Keycloak AWS Secrets Manager, Certificate Manager Security best practices and compliance
Preferred Qualifications

AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, SysOps Administrator) PCI-DSS compliance or financial security frameworks experience Helm charts, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack Experience in high-performance trading or fintech environments Multi-region deployments and disaster recovery
