About Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

DevOps Engineer

to help build, optimize, and maintain our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate has strong experience with automation, CI/CD, cloud environments, and Odoo server management. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated development and deployment. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar) and ensure high availability and scalability. Configure, monitor, and optimize production and staging environments. Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and performance tuning. Manage and optimize

Odoo server deployments

, modules, backups, and integrations. Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and deployment issues. Enhance security by managing access controls, patching, and system hardening. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve development workflows and automation. Document system architecture, processes, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role.

Experience managing Odoo environments

(deployment, scaling, configurations, module handling). Strong hands on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.). Strong understanding of Linux system administration. Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.). Good understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices. Excellent problem solving, automation, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with Odoo custom modules or related development. Experience with PostgreSQL administration. Familiarity with Nginx, HAProxy, or similar reverse proxies. Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar). Certifications (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.). Experience working in startups or fast-paced tech environments.
