Seeking a proficient, agile and astute DevOps Engineer to work across a diverse range of systems to meet critical business demands such as deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations to enhance customer needs.

Responsibilities:
You will support the Senior Program Manager in designing, building, implementing, testing and maintaining ongoing systems integrations, delivery workflows, automation and infrastructure across G42 Analytics.

- Develop and implement various models for testing, automation tools, IT infrastructure, issue monitoring and reporting.
- Design system architecture and programs to meet complex business needs which includes preparation of detailed specifications on coded and developed programs, hosting infrastructure design, and ensuring that the quality of deliverables meets the technical requirements and specifications.
- Establish an automated DevOps release management pipeline (e.g., build, staging, testing, deployment) to deliver superior application development and on-going production operations.
- Perform necessary research and provide solutioning inputs to various work streams.
- Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
- Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools and contribute towards continuous improvement by building continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipelines (CI/CD Pipelines).
- Use configuration and deployment tools to automate coding scripts and enhance developer capacity & productivity.
- Ensure adoption of new tools and methodologies that support automation and improve the process of development and release.
- Create test plans, maintain test scripts and document test results.
- Troubleshoot automation issues, fix code bugs and find practical solutions that move projects forward on time.
- Conduct quality assurance activities such as code reviews and build automated processes wherever possible.

The criteria to evaluate your performance would include cost savings achieved, percentage of items accurately configured, rate of decrease in issues & issue management, decrease in service downtime, number of existing solutions & processes optimized, and employee & customer NPS.

To qualify, you must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Pipelines (CI/CD)
- At least 3 years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-code tools
- Ideally, you’ll also need
- Extensive technical and domain knowledge
- The ability to meet tight deadlines in high-pressure situations
