The Role
Position Title: Development Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of Technology Solutions companies in UAE : . Lead the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications . Manage all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery . Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development . Manage the development cycle of software products . Provide technical leadership and guidance to the organization . Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
Requirements
Qualifications: . Male/Female, 45 years old and below . Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, systems engineering, or any related field; master's degree is an advantage . Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development experience and 3 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams . Proficient in finding creative solutions to complex problems . Immediate joiners will be prioritized
