A
- combination of a Project Manager and a development manager provides general support to the Programme Directors and Client staff. Between the two, there should ideally be a combination of design, strategy, real estate, and financial modelling (Estate Master experience preferred). P
- repare investment/development plans. A
- nalyze data and estimate projected revenues. A
- nalyze general economics and real estate market trends. A
- bility to identify strategic partnership opportunities. D
- evelop negotiation strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with our client strategy. H
- andle internal client valuation of properties and lands within the portfolio. F
- amiliarise himself with the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International, and ensure continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
- erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
- achelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Real Estate Investment/Management or Equivalent Degree. F
- inancial Oriented in Properties, Revenues and Assets life cycle. I
- deally, have a combination of design, strategy, real estate, and financial modelling. M
- ust have a minimum of 5 years of experience with strong international experience. M
- embership in RICS, CIOB or equivalent is desirable. S
- trong background and understanding of FIDIC forms of Contract. C
- ompetent IT user. G
- reat leadership and organizational skills. E
- xcellent command of written and spoken English #
