Job Location Abu Dhabi Key Accountabilities General Responsibilities \xc2\xa7 Development Lead \xc2\xa7 Optimize existing AZURE devops as the key CI/CD pipeline to incorporate development stories in the pipeline as well as plan for incorporation of automation into the pipeline \xc2\xa7 Provide leading and \xe2\x80\x9chand holding\xe2\x80\x9d assistance to existing developers and devops application support where required \xc2\xa7 Guide and lead developers both in house and 3rd party into adapting and following the devops scrum methodology for developing robust and secure code \xc2\xa7 Ensure proper configuration of the software produced and traceability code versions with proper version control and central code repositories \xc2\xa7 Participate in assisting test functions for execution and monitor of automated test scripts and quality assurance of code developed both in house and via 3rd parties , \xc2\xa7 Ensure correct structure of development environments lining up to the ci/cd pipeline methodology. \xc2\xa7 Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team \xc2\xa7 Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design \xc2\xa7 Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements \xc2\xa7 Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications \xc2\xa7 Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews \xc2\xa7 Mentoring developers and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards \xc2\xa7 Abilityy to work with business analysts into collecting requirements and writing user stories \xc2\xa7 Ability to run own scrums and daily standups with in house and 3rd party development teams \xc2\xa7 Ability and previous experience in running development teams under a feature team structure and using agile for prioritization frameworks \xc2\xa7 Responsible for making sure development teams function efficiently. \xc2\xa7 Familiar on implementing and maintaining devsecops secure code frameworks \xc2\xa7 Ability to write technical documentation and formulate backlogs \xc2\xa7 Ability to carry out retrospectives \xc2\xa7 Ability to do code quality control for all the team before deployment to production \xc2\xa7 Ability to work as QA and work with QA teams in house and 3rd party.Job Specific Responsibilities will include \xc2\xa7 Experience with test driven development principles in QA \xc2\xa7 Expertise in test case design, implementation and execution: for both automated frameworks and manual testing using traditional tools like Excel as well as JMeter, QTC etc \xc2\xa7 Expertise in stress testing for live services applications including load testing, scale testing and load balance testing with traditional application architectures as well as microservice based cloud architecture \xc2\xa7 Exposure in building applications using microservices architectures and kubernetes \xc2\xa7 Expertise in Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, networking and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments. \xc2\xa7 Experience in managing in house and 3rd party development teams as well as 3rd party vendor delivery solutions \xc2\xa7 Experience in Coordinating Scrum team for the entire project; planning, grooming, retrospectives, demos etc as well as experience running development teams a plus. \xc2\xa7 Strong Knowledge on Cloud Network, Compute & storage. \xc2\xa7 To provide test and development background services in planning of Azure Kubernetes AKS clusters for a set of critical business applications. \xc2\xa7 Work closely with product managers and business analysts to have a solid understanding of business sand product. Act as a product manager when there is not one available. \xc2\xa7 Producing designs that are scalable, resilient, efficient, secure, cost-effective and minimise lock-in. \xc2\xa7 Strong experience in Azure DevOps, ARM, PowerShell, Terraform and any of the configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef and Puppet \xc2\xa7 Strong Knowledge in Devops CI/CD Solutions. \xc2\xa7 Expertise and knowledge in designing Continuous delivery system with one of the following tools - Jenkins/GoCD/Bamboo using Azure Devops pipeline \xc2\xa7 Work closely with application, engineering, security and operations teams to engineer and build Kubernetes and Azure PaaS & IaaS solutions within an agile and modern enterprise grade-operating model. \xc2\xa7 Participate in the development of the end-to-end CI / CD process and follow through with other team members to ensure high quality and predictable delivery. \xc2\xa7 Help with Implementation of Test lifecycle strategies, policies, standards and guidelines for design, selection, development, and ongoing testing of systems. \xc2\xa7 Exposure working with agile delivery methodologies including SAFE agile delivery methodologiesQualifications and Experience \xc2\xa7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Security, or any related field. \xc2\xa7 Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology and with minimum 5 yrs of hands on experience in cloud computing (Microsoft Azure preferably) and solutions. \xc2\xa7 Experience with JSE/JEE/J2EE; \xc2\xa7 Java development experience with a demonstrated track record of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD); \xc2\xa7 Excellent listening and interpersonal skills; \xc2\xa7 Highly self-motivated and self starter/independent \xc2\xa7 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; \xc2\xa7 Knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies is a plus; \xc2\xa7 Experience doing soft and hard testing cycles (automation, manual and business direction based for UAT and continuous testing) \xc2\xa7 Azure, Azure Devops certified, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred. \xc2\xa7 Experience with Azure Devops \xc2\xa7 Experience with Scrum, specflow/Bdd, Docker, Ubundu, Linux, C# \xc2\xa7 Experience with REST applications and APIs \xc2\xa7 Experience with REACT and REACT native and mobile application development test cases and test tech stacks (browserstack) is a plus \xc2\xa7 Experience with Kubernetes, kibana, JIRA, Confluence, visual studio, Graphana \xc2\xa7 Experience with Github code repositories \xc2\xa7 Experience with Cucumber, Jenkins, Selenium, RestAssured, Specflow, IntelliJ \xc2\xa7 Intensive Experience in microservices \xc2\xa7 Experience with Continuous Integration and Continues Delivery systems. \xc2\xa7 Troubleshooting and analytical skills. \xc2\xa7 Good communication and collaboration and people skills Interested and suitable candidates please apply to this mail ID - KathaATpotentialrec.ae Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED45,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
