Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Development Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Azure Integration Architecture. This is a senior role responsible for leading development streams, architecting integrations, designing scalable solutions, and working closely with functional and offshore teams to deliver high-quality technical outcomes.
The candidate must have proven experience leading technical teams in large-scale D365 programs.
Core Responsibilities
Lead all technical workstreams for the ERP implementation: development, integrations, extensions, and interfaces.
Own end-to-end solution architecture for integrations between D365 FO and external systems.
Design, implement, and govern integrations using:
Azure API Management
Azure Functions
Event Grid
Event Hubs
Logic Apps (if required)
Oversee the use of Dual-Write for CRM-ERP integrations when applicable.
Review and approve all Technical Design Documents (TDDs) for customizations, batch jobs, and interfaces.
Drive code quality, best practices, and ALM standards adhering to Avanade/Accenture frameworks.
Define integration patterns (sync/async, batch/API, event-driven) for high-volume workloads.
Coordinate with offshore developers, ensuring delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
Support SIT/UAT defect triage and provide quick technical resolutions.
Provide guidance on data migration tooling and mapping strategies.
Support performance tuning, security roles, environment management, and DevOps pipelines.

Additional Technical Skills
Understanding of D365 FO data entities, OData, BYOD, DMF.
Experience designing high-availability, event-driven, and API-first integration architectures.
Experience with error handling frameworks, logging, monitoring, and retry logic.
Knowledge of security, RBAC, and app registrations in Azure AD.
Deep understanding of D365 FO extensibility model.
Candidate Profile
8-12 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in D365 FO technical roles.
Proven track record as a Technical Lead / Development Manager on multi-country D365 programs.
Experience working with enterprise-scale integration landscapes.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to handle complex stakeholder discussions and defend architectural decisions.

AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure
AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (big advantage)
PL-400: Power Platform Developer (optional)
