Key Responsibilities : Oversee the full development lifecycle of luxury hospitality assets, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use projects. Lead feasibility studies, master planning, and design management, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments to ensure successful execution. Engage with leading operators, architects, consultants, and regulatory bodies to uphold global standards of excellence. Candidate Profile : Experience : Minimum 15 years in real estate or hospitality development, with a proven track record in large-scale, high-value projects. Sector Expertise : Extensive experience in luxury hotel and resort development, ideally within the Middle East. Leadership : Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and high-profile stakeholders. Strategic Acumen : Expertise in driving commercial and operational strategies that enhance asset value and guest experience. Industry Network : Established relationships with leading developers, operators, and consultants in the hospitality sector.
