Duties:
Providing overall leadership and management for all aspects for the successful Development of a Portfolio of Mixed Use projects.
Leading efficiently multi-functional teams (both internal & external) to successfully envision, design and deliver the projects.
Full responsibility of all the aspects of the developments, through all the phases, from feasibility, design/development briefs, choice of Consultants and all participants.

The Candidate:
- Circa 25 years Development Management experience with notable Real Estate Clients Internationally.
- Have the ability to lead and motivate Senior Team members whilst maintaining strong client/stakeholder relationships.
- A proven track record delivering a portfolio of mixed use projects from inception to completion.
- Middle East experience preferred.
- Degree educated ideally in design, architecture etc
