The Detailing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the vehicle detailing team, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of detailing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the detailing team
Inspect completed vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
Train and mentor new and existing staff on proper techniques and safety procedures
Manage inventory of detailing supplies and place orders as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with other departments (sales, service, etc.)
Schedule and assign jobs to team members based on priority and workload
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in automotive detailing
1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of detailing tools, products, and procedures
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
