JOB TITLE/ROLE: Destination Specialist OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE: As the first point of contact, the Destination Specialist must engage each Agent in a professional and efficient manner, also following up with every reservation to ensure that the operation has the information needed to provide absolute delivery of each reservation. Most of the communication is handled via written communication and occasionally. MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building quotations for individual travelers or groups, including hotels, transfers, restaurants, excursions, and activities.
Maintain professional correspondence with partners through email and phone calls
Excellent knowledge of the destination (UAE) and up-to-date on all new hotels and attractions
Maintain good relations with overseas tour operators and travel agents
Ability to communicate with the team so they have all the information they need
Excellent sense of customer service with attention to detail in the hospitality industry
Creative thinker that can come up with unique programs and solutions independently
Proper report into management with accurate analysis and development plans to grow the business

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

2 plus years of experience in the sales/reservation department in the travel industry such as (DMC, Hotels, Tour operators)
Fluency in Russian & English (speaking, writing, reading); any third language is an advantage
Deep knowledge of Power Point and Excel (Microsoft programs).
A bachelor\'s degree is preferred, as well as a driving license for the UAE
