Job Title: Deskside Support Engineer - L1 (End User Support)

: Up to 3000 AED Monthly

Role Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on

Deskside Support Engineer (L1)

to provide on-site IT support for laptops (Windows & macOS), network connectivity, and web-based business applications. The role involves user support, troubleshooting, and maintaining endpoint security. Knowledge of

Scalefusion (MDM)

or similar tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support for

Windows and Mac laptops

-- installation, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Manage

hardware/software issues

, OS upgrades, patching, and antivirus/security configurations. Support

Microsoft 365

, email, and web-based business applications. Handle

Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN

, and basic network troubleshooting. Manage

device onboarding/offboarding

through

Scalefusion MDM

(policy application, device restriction, and compliance checks). Support

asset tracking and IT inventory management

. Maintain documentation, respond to user tickets, and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with remote teams and IT vendors for escalations or configuration changes. Assist in setting up new users, access control, and following IT security standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT Support / Deskside Support. Home country experience is also fine. Strong understanding of

Windows 10/11, macOS, and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

. Familiar with

MDM tools (Scalefusion/Intune)

and Microsoft 365 environment. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
