Job Description

Responsibilities :

Create project binders for new clients/projects To coordinate between the Designers and the project Managers To Receive the ID Drawings from the Design Team and handed over to the sites To attend site meetings with the project managers when needed Accompany Senior Designer to client meetings or site meetings when necessary Take notes, measurements, photos and record details of meetings and prepare proper site reports for the projects Prepare product prints, framing, and other materials needed for presentations boards Assist in ensuring accurate incoming and outgoing information to and from the Project Managers Work with senior designers, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure a cohesive design and seamless integration of interior elements with structural and mechanical systems. Experience in interior design or related fields; commercial, residential, or hospitality project experience preferred. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and is eager to learn and grow with firm Proficient in AutoCAD - ability to develop & comprehend plans and elevations Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook- must be prompt and utilize strong communication skills when responding to emails

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in related field, majority to be within UAE. Should have good communication skill and preparing project reports. Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparing reports. Strong English written and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
