This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skill, and the ability to translate ideas into visually impactful designs that support brand and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present interior design concepts and mood boards based on client needs and project goals.
Create space plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using design software.
Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furnishings, and fixtures.
Prepare client presentations and documentation including 3D renderings, sample boards, and product specs.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other consultants throughout the design and construction process.
Conduct site visits to review progress, ensure design intent, and address any issues during installation.
Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations.
