Graphic Designer cum Admin

who can bring creativity, technical skills, and organizational efficiency to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and design marketing materials using

Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and AutoCAD

. Design and develop

product catalogues, brochures, and data sheets

for company products. Develop engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility. Edit photos and videos for promotional and internal use. Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns and digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team for branding and creative direction. Manage office administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and presentations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Specialist, or similar role. Proficiency in

Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and other design tools

. Strong knowledge of

Social Media Marketing and Content Creation

. Hands-on experience in

video editing, photo editing, and layout design

. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle admin responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates currently

based in Abu Dhabi

. Candidates on a

Residence Visa

will be given preference. Previous experience in a similar dual role (Design + Administration). Knowledge of branding in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
