We are seeking a creative and technically skilled

Architectural Designer

to join our team.
This role involves architectural drawings, 3D modeling, construction detailing, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD. Create 3D models and high-quality renderings using SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and V-Ray. Develop presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Ensure design accuracy and consistency across all project phases. Conduct site surveys and visits to collect accurate project data. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal teams. Validate CAPEX during feasibility studies for new locations or branches. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, construction methods, and trends. Provide design solutions aligned with marketing and sales team requirements. Assist with budgeting, planning, and overall project documentation.

Qualifications

Degree or 4-year Diploma in Architecture. 2-3+ years of experience in architecture, design, or a related role. Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite & MS Excel. Solid knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements. Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Strong communication and team coordination skills. Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.
