Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate structural drawings, layouts, and technical details.
Work closely with Operations and Site teams to provide engineering solutions.
Review project specifications, materials, and structural requirements.
Assist in planning renovations, refurbishments, and modification works.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and safety standards.
Provide design revisions and updates based on project needs.
Coordinate with relevant authorities when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering

2-3 years of UAE experience in civil/structural design.
Experience in building maintenance or contracting projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
Good understanding of UAE regulations and building codes.
Optional Advantage:
Dubai Municipality (DM) License (G+1 to G+4).
