Job Description

: Landscape Designer (2D/3D + BOQ & Quotation Preparation)Position Summary:

The Landscape Designer will be responsible for preparing high-quality landscape designs in 2D and 3D, developing detailed drawings, and preparing accurate BOQs and quotations based on project requirements. The role requires creativity, technical knowledge, and strong attention to detail to support both design and commercial functions of the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting

Prepare conceptual and detailed landscape designs including softscape and hardscape layouts. Develop 2D plans, sections, elevations, and construction-ready drawings. Create 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs when required. Prepare planting plans, material selections, and mood boards. Revise and update drawings based on client or management feedback.

BOQ & Quotation Preparation

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for landscape projects including materials, plants, irrigation items, and labour. Prepare cost estimates and final quotations based on drawings and site measurements. Coordinate with procurement to ensure accurate pricing of materials. Update BOQs based on design changes or client revisions.

Coordination & Site Support

Visit sites to take measurements and understand project conditions. Work with project engineers/supervisors to ensure design intent is followed. Assist in preparing technical submittals and presentation materials.

Client Support

Assist in presenting design concepts to clients when needed. Provide design explanations, material details, and technical clarifications. Support the sales/management team with any design or estimation needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field. Strong command of

AutoCAD

SketchUp

,

Lumion

,

Photoshop

, or similar design software. Good knowledge of plants, softscape materials, and basic hardscape/irrigation elements. Strong understanding of measurements, material calculations, and cost estimation. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects. Attention to detail and good visualization skills.

Working Conditions

Office-based with occasional site visits. Full-time position with flexibility based on project needs.
