Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

3D Designer

with experience in

preparing quotations

and conducting

site visits and taking measurements

. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, technical expertise in 3D visualization, and the ability to translate design concepts into realistic models and presentations. In addition, the candidate should be capable of preparing accurate cost estimates and coordinating with the site team to ensure design implementation aligns with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for landscaping. Prepare detailed

design presentations

and

concept layouts

for client approval.

Visit project sites

to take measurements, assess existing conditions, and coordinate with engineers or site supervisors. Prepare and update

quotations, cost breakdowns, and material take-offs

based on design drawings and specifications. Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of proposals. Assist in developing and maintaining a design material library for quick reference. Ensure all design outputs align with client expectations, timelines, and project budgets. Provide technical support during project execution to ensure designs are implemented as intended.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Design

, or related field. Minimum

0-1 years of experience

in 3D design, preferably in construction, landscape, or interior projects. Proficiency in

3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop

, or other relevant 3D software. Good understanding of

quotation preparation, cost estimation, and material specifications

. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills, both in the office and on-site.
