Minimum 3-5 years in Interior Fitout / DesignJob Purpose:
To create, develop, and implement innovative interior design concepts for fitout projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and client-focused solutions that meet project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations for fitout projects. Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, 3D visuals, and material specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align design intent with execution. Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. Review and ensure design compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality. Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants for material approval and execution. Support the project team during tendering, procurement, and handover stages.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field. 3-5 years of UAE experience in interior fitout projects. Strong knowledge of design trends, space planning, and material selection. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Excellent creativity, visualization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
