Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer & Social Media Moderator to join our team. This role combines visual design expertise with strong communication and moderation skills to manage our brand's digital presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, and fostering a positive and active online community.

Design Responsibilities

Create visually compelling graphics, videos, and layouts for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Develop and maintain brand identity across all digital and print media. Design promotional materials such as posters, flyers, banners, and infographics. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep content fresh and innovative.
Social Media Moderation Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and engage with followers across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn). Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Enforce community guidelines and ensure a respectful, positive online environment. Track and report social media engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement. Assist in scheduling, posting, and optimizing content to maximize reach and engagement. Identify trends and opportunities for audience growth and content improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in graphic design and social media management/moderation. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or Canva. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management abilities. Understanding of brand tone, voice, and online community engagement best practices.
