We have great plans for years ahead and we need a professional Off plan Real Estate agent to achieve the business goals. Stone Tree Group provides a full cycle of work with property on the United Arab Emirates markets:
- Five PM Real Estate - select and buy highly profitable real estate in Dubai;
- Stone Tree Vacation Homes - rent properties and provide property management services to owners and investors;
- ST Technical Service - care for all the processes appearing during the process of working with the apartment.
- Assist the project manager with all matters relating to estimating and bid pricing
- Preparing technical submittals for tender requests
- Obtain the cost for materials, sub-contractor costs and evaluate their quotations
- Correspond with subcontractors and suppliers for the collection of quotes
- Inspection of proposed projects enable more accurate estimation
- Complies comprehensive documentation to support tender estimates
- Preparation of BOQ for new tenders
- Maintain estimation records for future tender and cost evaluations
- Working as part of a team to deliver required results
- Knowledge of MC Office, Autocad
- Russian / English fluent speaker
- Available to join immediately
- Experience in the same field at least 2 years+
- AutoCad: 2 years (Required)
- Russian (Required)
- English (Required)
