Position Summary

We're hiring a Designer for a 6 months project (with the possibility of renewal), the Designer will work closely with the Digital team in the development, implementation and delivery of marketing, advertising & social media design material, corporate brand and communication tools. He will be responsible for generating creative design ideas, developing visual communication concepts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Designs and develops multimedia-based layouts, graphics, animations, videos, sound, and/or content for clients' use in presentations, video productions, multimedia programs, websites, and other electronic media. Works with clients and project teams to review and recommend design options, functionality, and programming needs. Designs web interfaces, develops layout concepts, selects and secures appropriate illustrative materials, and creates engaging animations using After Effects and other animation applications. Creates visual representations of concepts and ideas. Creates clear content structure and categorization. Demonstrates strong design and visual skills with knowledge of various software. Translates business needs, requirements, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, audience-centered, and emotionally engaging. Identifies problems and executes effective solutions.

Requirements

Demonstrates excellent command of PowerPoint to design presentations that capture the audience's attention and clearly convey messages and data. Handles ad-hoc assignments and reports as requested by the direct manager. Demonstrates strong client relationship management skills. Delivers excellent customer service. Leads effectively and supports decision-making processes. Edits videos with proficiency and creativity. Analyzes data and situations to inform design decisions. Holds a BA/BFA in Design or presents a strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, visually compelling work, and emotionally engaging design solutions. Brings 5-6 years of experience in PR, advertising, branding, or agency environments. Utilizes Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office with fluency. Manages time efficiently and multitasks in fast-paced environments. Accepts feedback constructively and applies it to improve design outcomes. Pursues bold and inspiring ideas with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Presents ideas clearly and communicates effectively at all levels. Applies solution-driven design skills with a strong sense of style, art direction, and animation expertise.
