About the Role
We're looking for a talented and experienced designer to support our Senior Designer on high-end residential projects. You'll help deliver design concepts and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to bring luxury developments to life.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Design Lead throughout all stages of the design process Help create presentations, mood boards, and design packages Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors Assist with review of technical drawings, materials, and FF&E specifications Attend site visits and track design review through site progress Create 2D & 3D options for clients Ability to produce architectural drawing packages Manage tasks across multiple projects and meet key deadlines
Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or mixed-use design Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and/or Revit Confident with drawing packages, materials, and detailing Good understanding of the design process and construction phases Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar
