Key Responsibilities:
Project Ownership:
Lead projects from initial design to final installation, coordinating across design, engineering, fabrication, and site teams.
Client Engagement:
Act as the technical and design liaison with clients--translating concepts into buildable solutions and managing expectations with professionalism.
Design Development:
Oversee the creation, review, and revision of detailed CAD drawings and structural details, ensuring accuracy, buildability, and compliance.
Structural Steel Focus:
Lead the design and coordination of steel structures, working closely with metal fabricators to ensure feasibility and quality throughout.
Site Management:
Supervise on-site activities, resolve technical issues, ensure adherence to design specifications, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Project Monitoring:
Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Proactively address delays or risks through smart planning and communication.
Continuous Improvement:
Recommend and implement enhancements in design approaches, fabrication techniques, material usage, and installation processes.
