Design & Project Engineer
Job Description
Prepare and send out RFQs (Request for Quotations) to suppliers and manufacturers.
Conduct technical evaluations of proposals for firefighting equipment.
Provide support in tender preparation, including documentation, records management, and cost estimation.
Design various firefighting systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, cabinets, and related components.
Perform basic engineering calculations and coordinate designs with cross-functional teams.
Develop and prepare detailed design documents, tender packages, bill of quantities, scopes of work, and execution drawings.
Ensure designs comply with project specifications, safety codes, and industry standards.
Understanding of Client requirements and collection of specific data for projects.
Skills
Hands on experience in Project Design & Estimation Engineering for firefighting in Oil & Gas Industry preferred. Proficiency in
AutoCAD and SolidWorks
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Experience with project management and scheduling tools is a plus.Location : Abu Dhabi
Qualification: Degree/Higher in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Min 2-3 Years Hands on Experience in similar role with Expertise in Deluge Skid & Foam Systems
