. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs for individuals and corporate clients, ensuring participants develop practical skills and confidence in using industry-standard software.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct beginner to advanced training sessions on:
- Adobe Creative Suite
: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Autodesk Software
: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, 3ds Max
- Microsoft Office Tools
: Advanced Excel
Develop customized training materials, exercises, and assessments to match learner needs.
Provide hands-on guidance and real-world project-based learning.
Stay updated with the latest software features, tools, and industry practices.
Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Support curriculum development and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a trainer/instructor in Adobe, Autodesk, and MS Office software.
Strong portfolio or project experience in design, video editing, BIM, CAD, or 3D visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
Certification in any of the mentioned software (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
