Job Description
- Preparation of design schemes of Electrical Layout plan as per norms for residential, commercial as well as industrial buildings.
- Preparation of Space and volume calculation, Preliminary Calculation, Schematic, Detail Design, Load schedule , Small Power Layouts, Cable tray, Earthing Layouts, Lighting Protection design, Cable sizing, Voltage drop & Short circuit calculations.
- Prepare and coordinate for peer review report on schematic/DD design.
- Prepare Lux level calculation for residential /commercial projects as per CIBSE standards and Client requirements.
- Preparing Project BOQ, Specification, Method of statement & vendor list.
- Providing accurate and detailed reports on the progress of construction projects to the direct line manager.
- Review Material submittal, Shop drawings, Pre Qualifications and ensure which is inline with project requirements
- Monitor and control project progress against performance measurement baseline
- Verify and approve interim, final invoices and variations according to project progress
- Ensuring that programs, procedures & policies are followed.
- Implementing changes through configuration management
- Inspect for MIR, IR and implement NCR and SOR according to the Quality matrix and ensure local regulations are complied with by the contractor
- Coordinate testing and commissioning checklist and required matrix to follow.
