Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handles planning and design, contract management, and the preparation and review of complex construction data, reports, and documents, including cost estimates, specifications, test results, and schedules.
Provide technical guidance regarding structural repairs, construction and design, drawing tools to design structures and transportation systems.
Handle Initial bill of quantities, cost estimation for the execution.
Follow up the works base on the time plan.
Perform final review for the technical and commercial submittals prepared.
Worked with clients and contracts to develop requirements.
Prepare documentation, award the contracts, and review design documentation at the various submission stages by suppliers and sub-contractors.
Manage a team of engineers, including reviewing specifications and bidding documents, scheduling appointments, and providing engineering advice and support
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,
5 - 10 years UAE experience in civil works, building construction including steel structural design work and warehouse.
Must have Dubai Municipality approval certificate.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to estimate time and costs Ability to handle organization, and Time Management Ensure effective implementation of checklist, inspection by the sub-contractors on the project Ensure quality records, documents as required by the contract Analytical Skills Understanding of detail finishes and good understanding of shop drawings Good communication skills Knowledge of Safety rules enforcement Strong knowledge of engineering standards and methods

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
