Design Engineer Steel Structure

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate structural steel installation activities on-site. Ensure drawings and specifications are followed accurately. Manage and lead a team of steel fabricators, fitters, and riggers. Monitor daily progress and report to the project manager. Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Resolve site issues and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors. Ensure proper use of machinery and safety equipment. Maintain detailed site records and daily activity logs. Coordinate with the Production team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong understanding of structural drawings, fabrication, and erection processes. Valid UAE Driving License. Ability to manage teams and site activities efficiently. Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and construction practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to interpret construction drawings and plans accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
