Design and develop water tank systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and regulations.
Create 2D and 3D designs using CAD software, considering factors such as structural integrity and ease of manufacturing.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the most efficient and cost-effective design solutions.
Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and optimize performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for manufacturing and assembly.
Oversee prototype testing and evaluation, making adjustments as necessary to improve functionality and performance.
Knowledge of international standards : AWWA, LPS 1276, AS2304, NFPA 22 & ASTM STD
Experience of different type - Bolted steel tank circular type, Bolted steel tank rectangular type and welded steel tank
Knowledge of Productive coating method - Hot dipped galvanized and Epoxy coat
