Job Summary: Looking for a Design Engineer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Generate shop drawings for aluminium and glass products
Assess design drawings for opportunities to substitute more economical fabricator
Handle multiple parallel projects using formal project planning methods
Collaborate with other design engineers with the ability to effectively collaborate in achieving project goals and deliverables
Prepare reports progress towards production, financial as well as quality
Prepare working drawings, design sketches, presentation drawings, shop drawings, diagrams as well as schedules
Prepare detailed drawings from design drawings or sketches to schematic design
Generate fabrication drawing, cutting list layout drawings as well as tag elevation for guide and reference at site
Set up and maintain customer relationships

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or any related discipline
At least 5+ years of experience in Fa\xc3\xa7ade System
Should be able to technically prepare site layout as well as final measurement
Competency in computer applications including knowledge of CAD packages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
