Job Description
1. Design and Study of lifting equipment\xe2\x80\x99s with a particular focus on special cranes, providing expertise in the technical departments. 2. Creation and development of the Heavy Duty and Special Cranes Department for the company by starting from existing resources and by using the personal expertise. 3. Independently able to design and Optimization of Structural parts of of EOT and Gantry Cranes as per FEM standards or customer\xe2\x80\x99s specific requirements. 4. To understand & lead the design aspects of quality management practicesin the organization. 5. Ensure timely preparation and checking of GA/assembly/sub assembly/component/electrical/other drawings required for production / manufacturing / assembly of the parts, components, products or solutions 6. Preparation Bill of material and selection of proper material for assembly/machining/ fabrication. 7. Ensure best selection of components/assemblies like Electric Motors/Brakes for rotating equipment and optimum material for product. 8. Technical validation of products / solution designs by using concepts like FMEA, FEA etc.. Software Skills: Staad.Pro (Structure design), Solid Works, AUTOCAD Qualifications: B-Tech in Mechanical engineering Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
