The Role
Position Title: Design Document Controller Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known restaurant group with unique concepts across Middle East : \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and enhance document control processes for organized handling and archiving of documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle project documents for multiple projects, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thoroughly review design documents to maintain brand consistency and integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and manage document templates for future use. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare progress reports, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure CEO approvals while upholding confidentiality and efficient document retrieval.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 35 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or a relevant field preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Design Document Controller or office manager role in a design/construction/real estate developer company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be familiar with design project management processes, workflow management, and document control tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of software for Document Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage
