The Role
Are you a talented architect with international experience looking to join a team shaping the Dubai landscape with their award-winning designs? We\'re currently working with an impressive and award-winning architecture firm that specialises in creating distinctive architecture within the residential, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality sectors. They are currently expanding due to new projects and are looking for a Design Director to join their team. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday Main Responsibilities: - Leading and mentoring a team whilst running your own projects - Reporting to senior directors - Presenting projects to team/clients - Taking projects from A-Z Full Package: - 55,000 - 65,000 AED per month (660,000 - 780,000 AED per annum) - Tax-free earnings - Working visa - 3-month salary reviews - Fantastic career progression/freedom - Holiday / healthcare / childcare schemes - Monthly work parties / team-building activities - Impressive collaborative office space with fantastic views Duration: - Permanent Position

Requirements
Previous Experience: - At least 15 years of experience in Architecture - International experience - Experience in either residential, commercial, mixed-use or hospitality architecture - Experience with high-rise buildings - Experience in designing bespoke, distinctive and funky designs Software Knowledge: - Revit - Rhino - Grasshopper - Dynamo Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Down to earth and a good team player - Collaborative and not shy to share your ideas
