We are looking for a detail-oriented

Design Coordinator

to support our design and project teams throughout the full fit-out lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a background in

Architecture (B.Arch)

or

Interior Design

, with strong coordination, documentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between clients, consultants, designers, and project teams to ensure seamless design communication and approvals. Review design drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability. Prepare design-related documentation including mood boards, presentations, material schedules, and finish boards. Support the design team with measurements, site surveys, and photography for design updates or as-built documentation. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material samples, technical data, and product selections. Maintain design records, revision logs, and drawing registers to ensure proper document control. Assist project managers during client meetings by preparing design reports, layouts, and updates. Ensure timely release of drawings in coordination with CAD team and design information to site teams to avoid delays. Participate in site visits to verify design compliance and monitor installation quality. Support design changes, VE (value engineering) proposals, and design development as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture (B.Arch)

or

Interior Design

. 1-3 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, or architectural coordination (UAE experience preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop is an advantage. Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and authority regulations. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to read, understand, and coordinate technical drawings.
