Responsibilities
Coordinate between the design, fit-out, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Review design drawings,
including 2D drawings
, material specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
Support the design team in preparing presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding design intent and requirements.
Track project progress and ensure timelines are met according to design deliverables.
Assist in authority submission packages and approval follow-ups.
Conduct site visits to ensure design details are properly implemented.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of UAE experience in interior design coordination or fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; familiarity with Revit and Adobe Suite is a plus.
Understanding of interior design materials, finishes, and detailing.
Experience in coordinating with consultants and suppliers.
Skills
