Coordinate between architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other design stakeholders to ensure design alignment across all disciplines.
Review and manage design documentation from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction) stage.
Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, authority regulations, and project specifications.
Manage design schedules and ensure timely submission of drawings and documents.
Participate in design meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
Monitor design changes and ensure proper documentation and communication with project teams.
Assist in resolving technical design issues during construction by liaising with consultants and contractors.
Coordinate design approvals with relevant authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
Maintain drawing logs, submittals, and revision records for all design documentation.
