Role Overview:

As the

Design Coordinator

at CTF, you'll be the vital link between our

sales, design, and client teams

, ensuring the smooth flow of information required to produce high-quality 2D and 3D product drawings. You'll manage the

design pipeline

based on priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of both concept and fabrication drawings. This role is key to maintaining the efficiency and quality CTF is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between the

sales team and design team

, collecting all technical and functional requirements for each project

Coordinate directly with clients

to clarify design inputs, space layouts, and any project-specific needs Support the design team by providing complete and organized

handover documentation

for the creation of production and fabrication drawings

Manage design workloads and deadlines

, aligning project priorities with available resources Maintain a structured

drawing tracker and data log

, tracking status and revisions for all drawings Prepare and present regular

drawing status reports

to management, highlighting progress and bottlenecks Ensure that all outputs meet CTF's standards in accuracy, timeliness, and presentation Work with the production team to ensure design drawings are fabrication-ready

urgency, importance, and delivery schedules

Confidence in speaking with both internal teams and external clients Detail-oriented. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in

Design, Engineering, Architecture

, or a related technical field 2+ years of experience in a

technical or design coordination

role Background in

manufacturing is a plus

Fluent in English
