Draws up the structures/drawings/plans in accordance with the requests of the investor and Municipalities or Municipalities in accordance with the laws/regulations in force.
Designs, plans the deadlines for the delivery of the architectural project and supervises during the construction implementation phase.
Creates all necessary drawings using appropriate design software, which generate the overall shape and appearance of the building.
Design the final project.
Processes the approved project.
Creates sales albums that include data and images for each unit of special facilities.
Performs revision of plans to suit client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.

The applicant must be a graduate in Architecture.
Have at least 7 years of work experience in design.
To have conceived and designed multi-storey buildings.
Have a very good knowledge of the programs: AutoCad Architecture, 3D Max and Photoshop.
