JOB DESCRIPTION:

Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposal to the client.
Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects
Developed architectural drawings based on client feedback, project cost and time estimates of the project for final acceptance of client and top management
Proven ability to use own judgment and analysis for architectural projects
Ensure interface issues are coordinated with other disciplines
Knowledge of updated authority regulations & relevant standards & local codes
Attend project meetings with external clients as well as internal team
Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.
Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
