This role is based in our Dubai studio. You will be assisting your Team Leader to deliver projects with high quality design outcomes for our clients. This position requires a strong, design-minded Architect/Designer, with high level conceptional capability. This career growth opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience working alongside our Directors and other Team Leaders. You need to have a positive, and professional attitude towards clients and fellow co-workers. Role and responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Team Leaders/Director in charge in the ideation and evolution of our projects design and assist in resolving complex design issues
- Ability to communicate in sketches, 3D vignettes and technical drawings
- Manage the day to day running of projects including client liaison
- Undertake the production of the project in accordance with that brief
- Liaising and ability to coordinate with external consultants, including cross checking of
- Happy to be hands on and work across the documentation stages when required
- 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience (or equivalent) working in the Architecture field
- Hold at minimum a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture
- Proven experience on large scale projects
- Proven experience creating forward thinking design concepts
- Proven experience in 3D modelling software such as Sketchup and Enscape
- Rhino and Grasshopper skills are highly desirable
- Proven experience in Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop , Illustrator)
- Revit skills desirable
- Demonstrate skills in overarching concept design to design development
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
