Able to make Cheapest Possible design creation in PEB.

Engineering analysis and design of Industrial Buildings (Aircraft Hangars, Warehouses, Shopping Malls, Crane Supporting Structures, Multi Span Buildings, Buildings with Multi-Level Mezzanine, Roofing Systems, and Canopies) using software such as: STAAD pro. and MBS.

Testing, debugging and modifying MBS database, communication with the MBS customer support regarding the updates and enhancements required in the software.

Estimation of quotes, tenders, cladding (breakdown of each item) & steel quantity take off.

Submission of Design Calculations and getting approvals from the Consultant/Client.

Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards. Requirements Analysis, Design Skills, Project Management, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Process Improvement, Technical Understanding, Documentation Skills, Safety Management, Supervision, CAD, Tekla, Stad design knowledge in PEB Structure.

Skill Set Required:

The ability to work under strict deadlines without letting the shortage of time affect the quality of work.

Having experienced of Design Softwares like Staad, MBS & others. ? The experience of diagnosing and resolving design and functional issues arising in the course of a project.

A positive and friendly approach towards colleagues, clients, and other public with whom he may have frequent contact. ? An inclination to achieve success through hard work.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 per month
