Job Description

Position Requirements:

• Efficient dispatching of labors and crew.

• Use of system for tasks related to operation.

• Ensures project and job execution against agreed deadlines.

• Understand and investigate the current business process design and do improvements that lead to more efficiency

• Identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, inefficient workflows and work to rectify those issues

• Facilitate for sales to achieve the target required by them and work closely with packers, and supervisors to achieve the target.

• Reduce the usage of Materials without compromising on work quality.

• Motivate labors to get best performance from them and become a role model for them to follow and look up to.

• Carry out consistent development of crew to reduce the need of overtime and local hire.

• Best utilization of Aljawad trucks at full capacity and reduction of 3rd party usage

• Efficient utilization of manpower at full capacity where minimum performance is 5-6 CBM per Day

• Carry out weekly recycling of packing materials.

• Monitor performance KPI and analyze data to improve and provide recommendations

• Supporting and assisting the packer's supervisors during job execution

• Ensure the service quality standards is delivered as required

• Ensure that all job required documents are properly filled and provided by sales and clients. (Pre-move report, item list, feedback)

• Manage and lease larger projects executions

• Keeping up to date with new tools and packing techniques.

• Liaise extensively with internal team

• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both operation and business suitability.

• Have a supporter from the crew to back him up during vacations and emergencies.

• Providing training to new packers to ensure level as it should be

• Controlling and monitoring the materials stock and provide reports, incident reports, trucks, trucks maintenance reports.

• Ensuring the completion of preparation period for new packers

Employee Profile: Experience and Skills

• A seasoned Ops professional with 5+ year's in-depth experience in similar filed or logistics services

• Ability to work consistently when gathering information and seeking solutions to problems

• Application of a systematic and logical approach in order to get things right

• Calm and controlled even under the most trying circumstances

• Ability to gain the enthusiastic commitment of others

• Demonstrable record in recommending solutions that deliver business goals.

• Key traits: patience, persistence, consistency and reliability

• End to end experience of the project lifecycle

• Good communication skills with different team players and vendors.

• Organizing, Administrative and Interpersonal skills.

Educational Background

• Tertiary level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.

Language Requirements

• Proficient in English both spoken and written & preferable in Arabic also.
