Elora Aesthetic Polyclinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Derma Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our multidisciplinary aesthetic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dermatology and aesthetic care, be confident assisting both Dermatologists and Aesthetic GPs, and be qualified to perform IV drips and injectables under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Dermatologists and GP Aesthetic and plastic surgeons during cosmetic and dermatological procedures, including injectables, PRP, mesotherapy, laser treatments, and minor surgeries.
Prepare and maintain sterile procedure areas, instruments, and materials for treatments.
Administer IV drips and vitamin infusions safely, following DHA protocols.
Take detailed patient histories, prepare clients for treatments, and explain pre- and post-care instructions.
Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure proper consent forms are signed.
Monitor patients during and after treatments for any adverse reactions or side effects.
Educate patients about treatment plans, skincare routines, and aftercare.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment per DHA and infection control guidelines.
Manage inventory of consumables and support stock replenishment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid DHA License as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic setting.
Competency in handling IV cannulation and administering IV therapy (e.g., vitamins, hydration drips).
Strong understanding of skin anatomy, wound care, and cosmetic dermatology protocols.
Excellent communication skills and a calm, reassuring bedside manner.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow medical directives precisely.
High standards of infection control and patient confidentiality.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
Prior experience in aesthetic procedures (e.g., microneedling, PRP, chemical peels, etc.)
Laser safety training or experience assisting in laser treatments.
Familiarity with EMR software and aesthetic photography.
